Belles Property Services Ltd is part of a huge accommodation organisation who have many letting agents on board for us to take on their properties, while still receiving their fees from the landlord. This will be set up through a long-term management agreement (not an AST) and we will agree on a Fixed period, which can be between 3-5 years that will suit all parties. The property will be offered as short-stay or flexible stay accommodation for working professionals, corporate company clients or who are staying away from home and want to experience a home-from-home experience.
