How can we work together?
Belles Property Services Ltd will rent the property from you for an agreed rental price, this will be set up through a long-term management agreement (not an AST) and we will arrange a fixed period, which can be between 3-5 years that will suit both parties. We will then be able to manage your property, take care of any light maintenance, and even carry out a light refurbishment if necessary. The property will be offered as a short-stay or flexible stay accommodation for working professionals, corporate company clients or who are staying away from home and want to experience a home-from-home experience.
